Consultation Update
The public consultation on the proposals for Brook House closed on 3 December 2025.
We would like to thank everyone who took the time to review the information and share their feedback. Your comments are greatly appreciated and will play an important role in shaping the next stage of the project.
What Happens Next?
Now that the consultation period has ended, all feedback received will be carefully reviewed and summarised in a Statement of Community Engagement. This document will explain the themes raised and how community input has influenced the final proposals.
Once the planning application is submitted, the London Borough of Redbridge will run its own statutory consultation. This will provide a further opportunity for residents and stakeholders to comment before a decision is made.
